Many of our pieces are individually hand made by artisans. The artisans' rates and work may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your My Favourites folder, are subject to change until orders are placed.
When placing orders, charges calculated from your shopping cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, MumSaid will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping times quoted in the product descriptions are based on estimates from our artisans. MumSaid reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to artisan delays, product discontinuations and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a shipping delay, MumSaid will notify you promptly. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the MumSaid team works diligently to review the safety of all products, MumSaid cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Mum Said is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.

When you order products from MumSaid, we will need your billing and shipping information. This information must be as accurate as possible because we will use it for all contact, billing and shipping purposes.
We use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on MumSaid are processed on a secure server.

When registering as a member of Mum Said, we will ask you to provide certain details about yourself including your name, e-mail and mailing address. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services, as well as to notify you of changes to our site. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature.

MumSaid strives to provide customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with non-custom manufactured items you may return them, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Custom designed orders including furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and clothing are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. We do guarantee the quality of our pieces and will endevour to replace any item as quickly as possible that is defective. Please notify Mum Said customer service on 01507463113 from the UK or (44) 1507463113 from the rest of the world within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Should you wish to return an item, call us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA), which is valid for a 10 days. Upon receipt of your approved returned item, MumSaid will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded; shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
If you return an item after the 10 day window, without a RMA, and/or MumSaid has reason to believe an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section. All prices of sale and discounted items are final.
All sales are final on custom/bespoke orders. Mum Said cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item marked as "custom made", special order items, COM orders, “made especially for you”or any custom designed item.
